I embroidered the Merry Christmas Embroidery Design. It is so cute! I just love the cute font of the words Merry Christmas. I used the 4×4 pes embroidery design on my Brother SE400 Combo Sewing and Embroidery machine. 4×4 is the largest my machine will do, however one day I hope to upgrade my embroidery machine. It has been a workhorse. I used to embroider thousands of oneises in my Etsy Shop. The Merry Christmas embroidery stitched beautifully. I did not break any threads and it was so easy.

Wow! May I just mention how old she looks in the above picture? Baby Girl, quit growing up on me!
There was one thing I changed about the Merry Christmas Embroidery design. The berries are included in the same set as the the Merry and one leaf is included with the Christmas. However, I stopped the embroidery design once it was done stitching Christmas, then I switched the thread color to green and continued. Other than that, which was just a personal preference, I did not even sit at my machine while it stitched out. My first test run I used green for the Christmas and the same green for the leaf and it stitched fine. Although, you are not able see it very well in these pictures, I used a green stretch velvet scrap from my Mommy and Me Christmas Outfits from Aurora Designs. I have to use every last scrap!

I like things to match, so I thought this stretch green velvet scrap would work perfectly with her red and green rose doubled brushed polyester leggings. Red, green and black Bonny leggings with a red, green and black Sweetie tunic, yep, I may have a slight matching problem. LOL! Look how well they all match though, it makes me so happy!

You can see the green stretch velvet best in this picture with the dress on the tree. Look at how well it matches :)! It was meant for this project!

I embroidered the Merry Christmas design on an Ellie and Mac Sweetie Tunic. I made a kitty Sweetie Dress last time, however I wanted to try the tunic length as well. Baby Girl loved it, except it was not pink! LOL! I promised, my pink obsessed girl, the next thing I make her, it will be pink. Silly girl. I think I need to make a Sweetie Tunic in every color for her winter wardrobe. I love the look and it is such an easy sew! Also, it is 50% off right now! All off Ellie and Mac’s sewing patterns are currently 50% off! Go buy them here!
